Apple started a camera replacement campaign on its official site. If you’re iPhone 6 Plus back facing camera is blurry. No matter, Apple is there to help you in the replacement of iSight camera without spending a single penny as a service charge. According to Mashable website, the blurry rear camera defect is found in some iPhone 6 Plus. Hence, Apple supports accept phones that are sold between September 2014 and January 2015.
To be a part of the campaign, you need to check for eligibility by submitting phone serial number on the Apple support page. Once you are done with it, Apple gives three methods for replacement process. It includes Apple authorized service provider, Apple retail store and Apple technical support. The consumers can either take your phone to nearest Apple store or get in touch with Apple support to know more about replacement process. Apple also included contact us page link on the same page for any technical support. Feel free to visit that page to get help from Apple experts. On the other hand, consumers can also track for nearest service center in authorized service provider page.

Step 2: Make sure, your all data have been backup to iCloud or iTunes.
Apart from blurry camera, if your device already has other issue such as cracked display screen. It can be also a reason to iSight camera blur. In such cases, the consumer needs to repair it or Apple adds service charge. In addition, Apple is going to release iPhone 6S and iPad Pro in the month of September and iOS 9 on the way.
