Comparison of Sony Xperia Z5 Premium with Motorola Moto X Force

MWC event 2016 is going to start soon. We will some premium models by a number of makers. These models will undoubtedly bring some new features which we haven’t seen before. However many makers like rolling out models close to the end of a year and last year was also not different. We have seen two flagship models Motorola Moto X Force and Sony Xperia Z5 Premium which arrived at the end of 2015. Here we are comparing these two models to give you an idea about it.

Dimensions and Designs: – The corners of these two models are very different from each other. Sony Xperia Z5 Premium has sharp corners whereas Motorola Moto X Force round corners. The dimensions of Sony Xperia Z5 Premium are 6.08*2.98*0.31 inches and the smartphone weighs 180 grams. The dimensions of Motorola Moto X are 5.90*3.07*0.36 inches and it weighs 169 grams. Display is also different. Sony Xperia Z5 Premium has IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen whereas Motorola Moto X Force contains AMOLED capacitive touchscreen. The screen-size of Motorola model is 5.4 inches that contains the resolutions of 1440*2560 pixels. Screen-size of Sony Xperia model is 5.5 inches and the resolutions are 2160*3840 pixels.

OS & Hardware: – Both these models work through Android version 5.1.1 Lollipop operating system. You can update it to Android version 6.0 Marshmallow OS. These gadgets have the same Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 system chip and they have Adreno 430 graphics processor. Both the models are based on 2GHz octa core processors. Moreover they are loaded with Adreno 430 GPU.

Connectivity: – Both the gadgets have Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac. They have the latest Bluetooth connectivity options, NFC, and microUSB version 2.0. These devices perform almost in a similar way under various conditions.

Memory: – Motorola Moto X Force has the internal capacity of 32/64GB. You can use 3GB of RAM and the gadget has option to add a microSD card of up to 200GB. Sony Xperia Z5 Premium also contains 3GB of RAM and you can add 200GB of microSD card. Internal capacity is 32GB here.

Camera: – The primary camera of Sony model is 23MP and it has some astonishing features. This gadget has excellent LED flash, face detection, auto focus and panorama. Secondary camera is of 5.1MP. Now if we talk about Motorola smartphone then it has 21MP of primary camera. You can get many features like Sony model in this case. However experts suggest that auto-HDR and dual-LED flash may give better output. Secondary camera is of 5MP.

Battery: – Both the makers have included a non-removable battery in their respective products. Sony Xperia Z5 Premium has Li-Ion 3430 mAh battery whereas Motorola Moto X Force has Li-Ion 3760 mAh battery.

Sony Xperia Z5 Premium is available in dual version while Motorola Moto X Force is a single SIM model. However if you need more storage capacity then Motorola Moto X Force provides more flexibility. Cameras of both the models contain awesome functions but many experts are favoring Motorola model here.
