Apple started a camera replacement campaign on its official site. If you’re iPhone 6 Plus back facing camera is blurry. No matter, Apple is there to help you in the replacement of iSight camera without spending a single penny as a service charge. According to Mashable website, the blurry rear camera defect is found in some iPhone 6 Plus. Hence, Apple supports accept phones that are sold between September 2014 and January 2015.
To be a part of the campaign, you need to check for eligibility by submitting phone serial number on the Apple support page. Once you are done with it, Apple gives three methods for replacement process. It includes Apple authorized service provider, Apple retail store and Apple technical support. The consumers can either take your phone to nearest Apple store or get in touch with Apple support to know more about replacement process. Step 1: Ensure that, you are eligible for replacement campaign.
