Google Announces Android N Preview

It is surely a big surprise by Google. No one has expected that Google will unveil the preview of Android N so early for the developers. It is just the second week of March and it is astonishing to see that Mountain view-based Company brought the preview of next OS before the expected time. Google has also brought Android Beta program beneficial for the users to test the new edition as they can get over-the-air update.

We have seen that Google used to bring the next edition of OS through developer conference I/O. They generally organize a special program in May or June. This year company is going to organize the same on May 22nd, 2016. Many people were expecting that company may show the next OS during this programme. However they changed it this time and they brought the preview much before than the industry’s expectations.

Now it seems that Google is not interested to stay behind in the competition. They must have taken the idea from Microsoft as well as Apple. Now the eligible devices can get the program and those who are looking to try something new can visit the official Android Beta website of Google. Simply click “Enroll Device” option to register the eligible device. Here we are providing you the list of eligible devices.

Android N preview images available for these devices. Google is now also getting ready to support split-screen multitasking feature through multiple windows. This feature will be very supportive for gadget users. They would be able to operate different functions at the same time. Many specialists are saying that it will enhance the power of tablets. There will also be a standardized direct reply feature. This function will allow you to enjoy the complete power of apps. The handling of bundled notifications is also going to be much easier from this time. You can remove the notifications easily as per your choice.

Google also said that Doze mode is going to much better this time. Currently there are no details available how this mode will help the users in coming times. However it can be supportive to enhance the power of battery. There will also be a special support for Java 8. Most probably we may see the new OS this summer.
